Sal's Mexican Restaurant - Selma

On our way home from picking up my cousin from the fresno airport, decided to stop here and have dinner.

Like many others here I have travelled far and came across this place by chanceIt truly is in a off the beaten path neighbor hood.

A lot of high expectations because for being in Selma, look at the number of reviews with a really great rating.

Tough to find, even with gps. Thankfully we didn't get lost. It's located through a neighborhood. Large family friendly restaurant with large portions. Tables come with chips and salsa in small disposable cups, perfect for double dipping as everyone gets their own cup. I got the short ribs burrito. The meat is tender and flavorful. This burrito does not come smothered. At the same time it's too big to pick up. II ate 2/3 of it and took the rest home. I'd order it again.

On take out orders they no longer give complimentary salsa.. you have to buy it as a add on! wrong just wrong.. shame on them..
