What should I tell you about the marvellous Hotel Delice, its face gazing on the Mediterranean? Shall I begin with the sublime cosiness of my peaceful room and its hypnotic sea view, or with the adorable fun loving people that make the magic happen? I could focus on the food, I suppose; a fusion of fine dining and the indulgent joy of the meyhane. The bar? Well, it’s as cosy and inviting as the rooms. Just soak up the atmosphere along with a cold, cold margarita the best I’ve had. Perhaps I should recommend the house special, a sorrel cocktail, though. But in truth any one of their exquisitely made cocktails will delight you. Of course the hotel is all of these things and more. Oh, and by the way, the sea is divine, even in April. In short, I could live here quite happily. Need I go on?
