Saigon Bistro - Seguin

Amazing Vietnamese restaurant, very nice and helpful things. Beef pho is great, tasty beef kewers and the best matcha green tea with Boba I had. Very recommended, again!

Saigon Bistro is the hidden jewel of Seguin. The food is delicious and everything comes hot and fresh at the table. The owner and his family are amazing and very personal. The Pho is the best in the area and the preparations of seafood are the best in the city. I had most of the things on the menu and I am surprised every time how good it is. The serving size is large compared to most places and the price is really reasonable. If you didn't try, you should go! 10/10

Best Vietnamese restaurant I ever had the pleasure to eat. I had her proposed beef stew, which I remember exactly how it tastes. I marked it as a regular place I will visit. The staff is excellent and friendly.

The food is always on the point. I've been here in Seguin for six years. And it's wonderful. The owner is always you care about and also friendly. There is no disappointment.

We had the most amazing meal here. The vermicelli noodle bowl was incredible, and our sping rolls barely graced the table before they had disappeared. Excellent service and fresh food. Seems to be made with care and attention to detail. I can't wait to come back and try it all!
