Little Caesars Pizza - Seguin

Got the crazy puffs, which turns out to be over done almost burned on top, also was suppose to have mozzarella cheese between peperroni, there was none! Definety nothing like the ad!Safe your money!

I ordered an extra most bestest sausage and pepperoni, cheese sticks and those crazy puffs. My sister in law picked up our order for us but when we got the pizza my daughter noticed that the sausage pizza only had about 10 pieces of sausage and the pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperoni! I went back to the restaurant and the kid up front offered to remake them but I was fired up so I asked for a refund which they gave me. we kept the crazy puffs which were sad because in the commercial it shows they have pepperoni cheese and sauce inside these had a drop of sauce and a tiny bit of cheese inside there was no pepperoni in sight at all they were really disappointing. I can’t say anything about the cheese sticks because we didn’t even open the box. This is why I stopped going to little ceasers their pizzas have gotten really sad and all the mistakes they have been making but I wanted to give them another chance and they failed. I am so disappointed.

Gave me completely wrong order then proceeded to tell no this is the right order I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and got got reg pep and and meat lovers pizza. So I left with a red pep pizza.... Tear the place down if nobody 's going to do their job!!!

This place used to be great. Now they don’t answer the phone, because it is either turned off or not plugged in. I know because I called them while I was in the store. I ended up ordering a hot and ready cheese pizza that was burned and tasteless. Their music was too loud to interact with the person at the counter. I call regularly with no answers so I’m not coming here anymore.

My experience with this place is always the same of ordering a pepperoni pizza no sauce, about half the time the staff will charge more for less ingredients and when I bring to thier attention that I have paid less for it before the staff is less than understanding about that issue, additionally I am not sure about what goes on during the process and why this pizza comes out different from most other little ceasars locations but there is a lack of cheese or maybe the cooking is at a different temperature or something to cause these pizzas to have a very different texture, I understand the impracticallity of being about to train your entire staff the specifics of the terminal, but I will say more than half the time I do get what I ordered without any issue, it's those times I go through more that left a bad experience In my mind
