I am continuously let down by the incorrect orders and dry gourmet cupcakes at this particular Seguin H-E-B location. However, the H-E-B PLUS in New Braunfels is fantastic in comparison.

This review is specifically for curbside orders. It took me 30 minutes to find all the items I wanted this morning before work. I finally paid and selected the time I wanted to pick up my order. To my surprise, HEB substituted real shredded cheese with HEB wrapped half cheese and plastic square singles. Additionally, I ordered a DiGiorno pizza and received an HEB pizza instead. I am frustrated with HEB constantly trying to push their brand on me. I enjoy some of their prepared food, but I want the option to choose. These items are always in stock and there was no reason to switch them out. My family does not like HEB pizza or cheese. Seguin needs a new grocery store to provide competition for our HEB. If you visit the HEB in New Braunfels, you will find a completely different atmosphere, food selection, and staff. Mr. HEB, please wake up! Frustrated.

I had a negative experience with digital coupons at a restaurant recently. When I tried to use my coupons, only 2 out of the 9 that were scanned actually worked, resulting in me receiving only $8 instead of the $20 I was supposed to get. I immediately went to customer service to address the issue, and was told to call a number to HEB to have the problem fixed. However, it turned out that the digital coupons had not been applied properly, and the additional savings would be credited to my HEB app account, not my debit account as originally stated. I was disappointed with the whole process and found it frustrating that I now have to use the credit before it expires. I believe that companies like HEB should streamline their coupon process to make it easier for customers, rather than making them go through so many steps just to save a small amount of money. This experience was quite frustrating and I hope that HEB improves their system in the future.

The BBQ restaurant at HEB Seguin was once a nice place to dine, but it seems that new staff are being trained and they are quite unpleasant. They are rude and not accommodating, making the experience completely different now.
