Pork ribs and brisket were tender. I should give them another chance at lamb ribs. The ones I received had no meat, just fat. They were the rib ends.

Are at the food truck in Karnes City for a concert. Had the hamburger,grilled cheese brisket and the tacos..ALL of it was wonderful! The gentleman running it (sorry I did not catch his name) was so nice and made sure the food was perfect. Thank you and we will be eating at the restaurant soon!

Anyone that knows barbeque knows you don't slice brisket with the grain. Terrible terrible terrible

We come back to visit kinfolks here in Seguin and I’ve always wanted to stop. I’m big on Texas barbecue …So I wanted to try a quarter of brisket and a quarter of ribs. Brisket is dry and fatty. Same for the ribs. Very disappointed. I’ve had better…way better. But the sprite was refreshing as always
