Bidrage med feedbackDrove an hour and a half to eat lunch on a Sunday. Arrived at 11:50am and was eating by 12:30. The line was intimidating but moved pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Brisket was so tender and flavorful and the street corn pudding is addictive. We were very happy with our experience and will go back!
This was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it. The brisket, ribs, and turkey were all perfect. The bacon tater tots are really delicious too. I just wish I had saved some room for dessert, but I was already full. The staff was incredibly polite and courteous, and they had a great sense of humor. They open at 11 a.m., but I recommend arriving by 10 a.m. We arrived at 10:40, and the line was already wrapped around the block. We waited about 40 minutes to get in, but it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place!
I arrived for breakfast on Sunday at 8 AM, and the wait was minimal. The food was incredible; my wife opted for a sweeter dish while I chose something savory. Both were perfectly cooked. The beef ribs, turkey, and brisket were all absolutely fantastic. I definitely plan to return for dinner sometime to sample the sides.
Oh my goodness. Amazing. Ribs are hands down the best I've ever had. Brisket is tender and seasoned perfectly- not over salted. Jalapeno cheddar sausage was awesome-great crunch, texture, creaminess and spice. Mac n chz is cheesy without being over the top. Tres leches big red cake was pretty bomb. This could be a five star BBQ destination because Burnt Bean is very good. They might even be great, but that's the issue, it's not apparent from the moment you visit. I arrived at 1015 on a Saturday in June with about 50 folks ahead, they opened at 11, and I was eating by 1140. That's a perfectly acceptable wait time.
