Well looked after ,staff couldn't be more helpful accommodated 84 VETERANS had a brilliant night food was excellent

The food is very good and there is a varied choice on the menu. It is only a stone's throw from the train station and is very popular. If you want a meal it is a good idea to book. Very good for a family get together.

On /9/5/18 I went in this pub/restaurant with my partner and order two three course meals and it was good apart from missing things such as the salad with the garlic mushrooms and I ordered an icecream was okay, but could of been more of an effort, I would of though there would of been wafers on top with sauce, which I had to ask for some strawberry sauce. I thought the meal was plain and no effort went into it.salads, wafers and sauces are not expensiv, but there was a lack of things that could be improved.

Lovely bar and eatery this, even lovelier in spring and summer for sitting outside with the dogs, great food and plesant service

The staff are friendly here and there's a mix of locals and dinner crowds and workers and young and old. It's always full at dinner times. There's an outdoor but and plenty of parking. It's local and inviting.
