Friday Sept my husband and me, went to Subway Chapel Lane Formby and the man who served us bent over backwards to give us the best service. The food was yummy too

The staff at this restaurant seemed to be not paying attention, as two out of the four meals we ordered were incorrect and one was completely forgotten. The staff appeared to be in a hurry and lacked enthusiasm. Despite ordering gluten-free options, we were unable to identify the correct meal once we got home and it was mixed up with another meal that had a similar filling. Additionally, the tuna fillings were lacking in quantity and flavor. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and do not plan on returning.

A personal note of thanks to the Subway branch in Formby village, which was the first outlet in the village to open up seven days a week, several weeks ago, for takeaway coffee and food. Their fine coffee, day-long opening hours, excellent pricing (including...a raisin or chocolate cookie with coffee and warm, cheerful and friendly service have been a twice-daily godsend for me since the first wave of lockdown relaxation several weeks ago.

The food at this Subway is up to the usual standard, but the cleanliness of the seating area is lacking. Even early in the day, the floors appear dirty and could use a good sweep. It wouldn't take much time and would greatly enhance the customer experience if someone could sweep the floors at least once an hour.
