Costa Coffee - Sefton

Great for grabbing a quick coffee- side hatch in alleyway is a nice feature if you’re parked badly and allows you to keep a look out for the traffic wardens

My recent visit to this restaurant was not as great as my last one. Everything was fairly clean and organized, and the service was quick. However, the staff seemed disinterested and did not seem to care much about customers.

The restaurant was deserted with tables covered in dirty cups and spilled drinks on the floor. My coat got stained from a leaking hot chocolate on the table. Save your time and skip this place!

Costa had been my go to coffee shop for ten years I have probably used over 50 branches here in England. Although there is a good choice of cafes in Formby I keep giving Costa another chance but never again. The place is grubby the customer service very poor.

Visiting family and thought we’d grab a coffee, the place was filthy and looked really run down. We could tell that even where the staff were serving looked really off putting and grubby , the tables were sticky, the whole place looked like it needed a good clean. There are allot of coffee shops on that high street, can’t see us going back to costa again.
