Maria's Cantina - Sedona

Food was exceptional and the margaritas were fantastic. Service was ok. Extremely polite just a little bit slow. My boyfriend and I are going back again tonight. I recommend this place to anyone near Sedona!

Great Hidden Find!. Visiting Sedona with family and after a recon of the area we spied this quiet little place just south of the insanely crowded tourist trappings.<br/ <br/ Would have to disagree with the 'Not Like ' opinions. We found Maria 's to be wonderful. The food was well seasoned and of respectable variety. The waitstaff were extremely polite and attentive. In fact a few locals were dining next to us and after asking they told us that Maria 's is popular with the residents because it is away from tourists and tastes as good as any of the expensive posh places up the street.<br/ <br/ We will in fact be going back tomorrow for lunch!<br/ <br/ Recommendations: Pork Carnitas and Rattle Snake fritters!

Not Too Bad. I was really worried when I sat down for lunch at this place. I had not read the rating or reviews on Urbanspoon until we started ordering. I thought about walking out, but decided to give it a chance. It wasn't too bad. Of course, this may be due to the fact that my expectations were so low. The meal started with the traditional chips and salsa. Excellent. I had a taco salad. The portion was very large. It was not too bad. The other people I was with like the place, so I have it a positive vote.

Good food and friendly staff. We tried the fried cactus, which we have never had before. Definitely would eat here again
