Che Ah Chi - Sedona

During our stay at the Enchantment Resort, we decided to dine at this restaurant and were very disappointed with the service. We had a reservation for 8 PM and were seated relatively quickly. However, after taking our order and drink requests, the waiter disappeared. After over two hours without receiving our food, we found this level of service unacceptable, especially at an upscale resort where meals cost over $250. I was so frustrated that I considered leaving, but my wife wanted to stay. In the end, we chose not to return to this restaurant during our stay.

The ambiance is stunning and the service is excellent. Dinner was enjoyable, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. I would recommend skipping dinner here in favor of some of the other dining options in Sedona. However, breakfast is WOW! It might just be the best breakfast we've ever had (and I'm a breakfast enthusiast). If you can go early for sunrise and sit outside, that experience is truly unforgettable.

I recently had one of the most delightful dining experiences ever, and it was at a fantastic price. Our server, Michael, went above and beyond, even bringing us an off-menu dessert—a one-ounce serving of 1927 sherry over ice cream. The celery soup with bacon was thick and rich, the Wagyu short rib was absolutely delicious, and the sea bass was cooked to perfection. The bread was incredible! They also have a corn biscuit with rosemary that was unbelievable. I highly recommend this place!

One my favourite restaurants in town. Great food, fantastic views

We are staying at the enchantment and went here for dinner. Daniela, our server was wonderful. We had the mushroom gnocchi as our appetizer delicious. I had the Aztec chicken and my son and husband had the short rib. The food was light and scrumptious.It was delicious. The presentation was lovely, the homemade biscuits, bread weee light and so good. E had the lemon tart fordesert to top off the evening. The view, service and food could not be beaten. The only caveat is this does not come cheap. Itis costly but it was well worth it for us.
