First off, the two stars are for the course which is in great shape. But they are renovating. So that means lunch is a limited menu outside on the patio. And when you come in at 3pm for a drink, the bar is shut. And when you come in from a freezing round in the rain, there is no hot water in the showers. So if you aren't a local this course is probably not worth travelling for until the renovations are finished. After the cold shower thing, I'll be avoiding until 2024 at the earliest.

My husband and I recently got married at the Secret Harbour Golf Links and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Ruth Cahill who is the wedding and events coordinator was amazing and helped us plan everything including ensuring everything was within our budget and if we had to spend a little more eg extra bar stools for a cocktail Reception, she would reach out to vendors to find the most affordable hiring prices. She helped with decorations and recommended vendors for that, and she was there for you with any questions, concerns and advice. She went above and beyond in the lead up and on our wedding day she did not stop.The food was phenomenal and even our guests commented on how delicious everything was. We had an open bar which was awesome and all the staff were really friendly. The alcohol was great too even the house wines FYI. The venue itself is beautiful and we have lots of beautiful photos to remember the day and photos on the course which we arrived via golf cart, I highly recommend you hire those they were a blast! Everything from the ceremony, photos, and reception was amazing and there's nothing I would want to change. Our wedding was perfect! I would highly recommend getting married here. Wedding planning can be stressful and for someone like me who isn't the best at making decisions at the best of times, Ruth is your woman. The venue is beautiful and the staff are amazing and the hats off to the chef!

Beautiful and challenging golf course with fabulous attractions such as restaurant, but maybe a few too many rides for the free time golf. Take a few bumps and get down there, you'll have fun.

The new menu offers limited options for vegetarians. They used to have a great burger, but I ended up with a plate of chips instead of the pumpkin salad, which was disappointing at lunchtime.
