Dunkin' - Sebring

On May 25th at 8pm, the female employee at the restaurant was extremely kind and prepared a delicious coffee for me. She appeared to genuinely enjoy her job. Please pass along my appreciation to her for her excellent service in making a superb caramel macchiato.

Could use an overhaul on employee training and how to treat customers respectfully. Food is good, coffee or any drinks are dependent on who is working. The employees do not make the drinks the same and could use training on drink making and being better with kindness towards customers.

Unprofessional Employees having unprofessional conversations with one another, rather than acknowledging a paying customer lol. Literally stood there pacing back and forth walking to the register and to the bar where they hand off drinks and they were just ignorant and disrespectful... Good luck moving forward in life and making a living with that attitude lol. Fr fr thoDietary restrictions: Super low calorie when you can't get anybody to serve you anything. Arrived and left on an empty stomach feeling skinnier than ever!

I come here all the time! Great place to grab coffee and donuts. MOST employees are nice. Natilee’s got to fix her attitude.
