Broken Egg Diner - Sebring

Had a great birthday breakfast with some friends. Very friendly staff, the packaged house welcomes. never got my oj but my eggs to die over simple perfect biscuits engraving.. I would recommend that people in Sebring are lovely. This regular customer Ron gets special treatment....fun place to eat large clean kitchen!!!

Little local jewel. It fills quickly, but the food also comes fast, plentiful and hot. I had the Sebring Skillet (not included). It was wonderful with the sausage engraving right. All the others had a delicious meal. Would definitely recommend and will return again!

Jennifer was a knowledgeable and attentive server. And who really understands breakfast... the sausage biscuit had a buttery, delicate crumb, and Gravy was freshly cracked pepper forward, fresh cream, not salty. Couldn't have been better. The restaurant is somehow hidden, through a covered walk and courtyard behind other floors, so worth a ride on a Sunday morning.

A local favorite! No ruffles, but excellent service and delicious large portions for a low price. Fluffy pancake, not too heavy. One of the pancakes had a tiny part where it was not cooked, but also, very tasty. Cups were chipped and had logos on them, but everything was very clean.
