Lee's Steakhouse - Sebastopol

First time eating at Lee's tonight. Everything was excellent from the appetizer to dessert. I had a Filet, cooked medium rare. It was perfect. It was the best steak I've had at a restaurant in recent memory. Salad bar was awesome. Service was topnotch as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will be eating here again.

Steak was good. Carmel Cheese cake wasn't worth $6 or whatever it was. They charged almost $2 to pay with my card. The more I wanted to tip, the more it charged me. Seems petty that one person paying over $40 for one meal to be charged to pay. Prettysure the profit covered any 1 or 2 percent charged by the card company. Won't be back because of it.

Imposing a $4 surcharge per steak along with a 20% tip for groups, which isn't mentioned on the menu, is not good business practice. When I raised this concern, the response I received was unsatisfactory.

The steak was excellent, cooked on a typical wood-fired grill. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more seasoning, but I really can’t complain about anything else. The steak was cooked to the exact temperature I requested. Our server, Shelby, was also very nice and patient.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the steaks were a perfect 10/10—no sauce required! They were juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection at medium rare, just as I requested. I will definitely be returning!
