Great product. **** service. Week after week, month after month, our rep fails to show up to stock our frig. They don't respond to messages. They don't contact us to let us know they won't be here. This has been going on consistently for a year. We've tried to escalate...crickets. We spend our time trying manage them when it should be the other way around. They seem ungrateful to have us as a small business client.
