Domino's Pizza - Sebastian

Pretty consistent with good fixes. Always ready when stated. Polite. I am happy, would recommend pizza, pasta, pizza bites are fantastic, lava cake wonderful, mostly all menu items. Free pizza adds up quickly when you order on line!

I’m giving this restaurant a three-star rating due to their lack of communication. I've been dining here for eight years, but I'm often not informed when a promotional deal has ended during the ordering process. For example, I used to get a large three-meat pizza for $8.55 when picking it up, but now it's priced at $10.64. I wasn't made aware of this price increase when I placed my order, and this isn't the first time I've experienced this issue.

1. The driver arrived at the door without using a hot bag for the food. 2. The pan pizzas had an excessive amount of crust with very few toppings. 3. The pizzas were burned around the edges due to the oversized bubbles. 4. The cheesy breads were not cut to the correct size; I know this firsthand since my husband is a district manager for Domino's in another state. 5. One of the cheesy breads was missing parchment paper underneath it. 6. Neither of the cheesy breads had any garlic oil applied. 7. The pizza was sliced so poorly that one of the pieces was less than two fingers wide. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

I’m giving this restaurant five stars! Even though there were a few mishaps with my orders, they always handled the situation promptly when I brought it to their attention. I really love this place, and the staff is great, too!

The crust has been updated since my last visit, and it's a wonderful enhancement. Plus, their prices are very budget-friendly for families.
