I'm consistently disappointed with this restaurant. They're often out of stock on various items and they refuse to remove menu items that they don't plan on replenishing. Every visit seems to come with an issue. I believe they really need to reevaluate their operations or consider closing down.

It felt like they paused for a moment after we placed our food order.

The employees are frequently outside chatting with their friends. I finish work at 11:00 PM, and they seem to be claiming that their system is down almost every night. I overheard a man discussing this with his friends and laughing about how he tells customers that the system is down, indicating he simply doesn't want to work with his staff. He even mentioned taking one order just because the customer was Black. I really wish I could make this up. I wish I knew his name. It's truly appalling.
