Bidrage med feedbackI have never given a restaurant one star before, but I have to do it for this place. It's a kiosk where you order food, which is fine if the food looks like it does in the pictures. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. We ordered the dry chicken noodles and the chicken was inedible. It seemed like they had used hacked chicken wings and the bones were not properly removed. There was very little meat on the chicken, but we were still charged for it. The noodles were over-soaked in oil and just okay. When my wife tried to return the dish, she was yelled at by an elderly lady working there, which was not surprising. A younger woman eventually came out and admitted that the picture did not match the actual dish. The replacement beef dish had slightly better noodles but barely any beef. I usually include pictures in my reviews, but it wasn't even worth it this time. I have tried traditional dishes from all over the world, but hacked chicken wings are a new low for me. I would not recommend this place when there are better options available.
I can’t say enough about this place. Food was excellent and tasty, making me plan to come back as I was eating. The pricing is affordable and the owners are so nice. I like the self service type of ordering as well. Very fast and well organized. Everything tastes authentic and fresh. 100/10 recommend!!Food: 5/5
I stumbled upon this hidden gem in the heart of the UDistrict. It's a self-service restaurant where you can order your food from a large touchscreen monitor without having to interact with anyone. The food was delicious, albeit a bit expensive (I believe 6 potstickers were over $8). The noodles were perfectly chewy, flavorful, and satisfying - a comforting meal on a chilly day.
I recently grabbed an online order of Lamb Skewers, Chicken Pot Stickers, and Spring Rolls from this restaurant. Everything was delicious. Although the items weren't labeled as spicy, the skewers had a seasoning that packed a bit of a punch (I have low tolerance for spice). Surprisingly, the heat remained consistent and didn't bother me like most spicy dishes do. The restaurant had a clean and modern interior and the staff were very friendly.
I got the spicy lamb biang noodle soup and really enjoyed it! I finished the entire bowl and I was left full but not overly full. Flavor was yummy and spicy level (I got regular) was perfect based on what I expected. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Not from Seattle but I would visit again if I lived in the area!Food: 5/5
