Toula Restaurant - Seattle

That was a nice place to eat and the food was very good. The wine seemed too expensive, but this usually comes with the ambience/view. It was really quiet, but that was also because hardly anyone was there that night.

We were there for a special dinner and had an amazing meal. The best part was the view and service!! we had a great time and would recommend this restaurant, especially if you live in the hotel

Win this restaurant a chance despite its 3.4 reviews and thought the view would be nice. Does not value customer requests for a personal special occasion. Said to come back the following week to accept the request. Came on February 15 that is not even Valentine's Day, but they had a Valentine's menu that we understood. Our anniversary date is very important and requires a desert with a written “Happy Anniversary” to make the day of my partner special. I didn't want it to be free, I don't care if I had to pay more than the value. we did not appreciate the sarcasm that one of the workers had reacted to us. "If you want a bird, we'll get you a bird. But come next week”. Next week is no longer our anniversary. There is a reason why our reservation was especially on 15. If we knew that this was not included, we would have chosen another restaurant that better evaluates customers.

Looks great when your waiting for your seat but when you get to go in and have your appetizers you’ll consider just going to somewhere else.
