The Metropolitan Grill - Seattle

I ordered the prime and wagyu filet combo, along with a loaded baked potato, creamed spinach, and a wedge salad. The leftovers provided me with three additional meals! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the creamed spinach was the best I've ever tasted. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience at a wonderful traditional steakhouse.

We received excellent service from Scott and were seated in a nice booth as we requested. The only problem was that two out of the three steaks we ordered were cooked incorrectly; we requested them to be medium, but they arrived rare at best. We had to send them back and made do with the vegetables while we waited. When they returned, they were cooked correctly and absolutely delicious. However, we expected a well-established steakhouse to cook the steaks to our preference without issue.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it exceeded our expectations! Our server, Jenny, was outstanding. Both the drinks and the food were top-notch. I truly believe this was the best restaurant we chose during our time in Seattle.

Seattle’s go-to place. Never goes wrong at this place.
