The Egg Us - Seattle

This restaurant is a great spot for breakfast, as they serve it all day. We shared the ricotta pancakes, which were a must-try. They come with plenty of fruit and lemon ricotta, large enough to share between two people. I ordered the California benedict, which was delicious. They only offer regular coffee, no espressos or lattes. The staff is friendly and the dining area is open and inviting. The prices are good considering the generous portions. We had plenty of leftovers to enjoy later.

The breakfast was wonderful, we had the Bell town omelet and scramble, my wife's omelette was better, plus we shared a cinnamon roll what a dream, the only complaint is the fault of the governor showing the vaccine proof

The food was very good. Lemon ricotta pancakes were spot on. The eggs Benedict was good too. Large portions. Their mimosas were so so. There were different flavours but you can't really tell them apart

Great food! Largish portions: I find ordering 1 portion here yields 1.5/2 meals. They of course offer all the brunch standards, but don’t over look the Latin Breakfast options on the menu. The poblano pepper scramble always satisfies. Very family friendly. Can get a little busy on weekends. Arriving today (Sunday) resulted in a ~15 minutes wait. Parking available in the connected garage (free).

The Egg Us came up while searching for best places for breakfast in Seattle so had to try it! First off it was easy to find as it sits right on the street side. Got there right in time as it closes at 3pm on Sunday (so check schedule) there was a wait list but we got in rather quickly (20 min) but there was a few suites in the area to keep us busy ! Staff was super friendly! I had the chicken fried steak and eggs! It had a very tasty sauce it was cooked very well and the over medium eggs did not disappoint! My daughter decided to have the avocado toast with poached eggs! Her review is that the avocado was very fresh and bread was toasted just right. Her only complaint was that the bread on the second one got a bit soggy by the time she got to it but started it still tasted really good. Will definitely be going back to try some of the lunch and dinner options. Another great part is the Mimosas and full Bar
