The staff is great! It was just before an orientation in another place. They were fast, friendly and very cool. I ordered a side of fries and a glass of water. I had both within 3 minutes. Bartender kept good communication and good company while I enjoyed my snack. These people really need a raise. Working ethics are going far.

The Pig Out Tavern Burger is so good. Children really liked the cheese fondue. Our first time in this Red Robin, we're out of town. We love Red Robin. Our server Leo was fantastic!

In the last 4 to 5 months we had no burger to make it warm to our table, but maybe twice! My son and I go a lot into the movies, and he loves to go to R.R before our **** for dinner, or he used to. Maybe it's just our luck, but we found that even with a reservation time of 50 minutes, we wait another 20 minutes or more just sitting. Our burgers take on the table forever, and more often than not they are hardly warm, but the frits are hot. We turned to the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, because it is baked and to an acceptable food sensation. We also find that from the time we arrive for our reservation time (delayed) until our meals make it a table, we need to ask for togo boxes because we have to take half, or sometimes all our meals with us because we had no time to eat. Do not start 3 hours, delayed reservation, forever waiting time on a burger in a gourmet Burger restaurant, cold food we can take with us.... Is it personnel, online orders or both? We hope they can pull it together and bring back the fun and the yummm!!!

This Red Robin like every Red Robin in this area is awesome. Food was amazing, staff was super friendly, there's a bit of a wait to get to our seat, but it was a Friday night and a really busy location, so that's understandable. Once we were seated service was prompt courteous and consistent. Food arrived quickly, and was very fresh and hot again, worth noting because of how busy they were. Also, their drinks are top notch. Even their old fashioned!!
