Tacos Chukis - Seattle

The tacos are excellent, but the service is consistently much slower than I anticipate.

This is my absolute favorite spot for traditional tacos. They are incredibly delicious! I can't even put it into words.

They don’t serve any organ meats—let me emphasize, NO ORGAN MEATS! On top of that, the tortillas are quite bland, and they slather the tacos with guacamole, which I found unappealing. Overall, it’s just okay for what it is, but it falls far short of the amazing, authentic street tacos I was led to believe I would find. Not even close. Additionally, they charged me $0.25 for hot sauce that didn't have any heat to it. I'm very disappointed.

Anything here with steak or cheese is genuinely phenomenal. Perfectly prepared and executed in its simplicity, savory with just the right amount of grease. Heavily recommend the quesadilla, mulita, and burrito.

Quirky little hole in the wall, upstairs in that mall. The food was super good. Best Mexican food I’ve had in Seattle.
