Bidrage med feedbackI have never had a restaurant demand we tip more. How about giving us an itemized receipt instead of just demanding we up the tip amount. Our party wasn’t even that large. The majority of our food was cold and the service was mediocre. You just dropped pork on our table with asking us if we wanted it. We asked if it was fresh and you said yes but it clearly wasn’t since it too was cold. The interaction at the end was just odd and off putting. We explained why we tipped the amount we did and suggested the owner come talk to us so we could further explain, since they were inquiring as to why, but you just dismissed us. Would not come back.
This is my go-to Chinese food restaurant. Their fried rice is on point and good service!
Great place for dim sum! I come here for dim sum with family at least once a month. We love getting the rice noodles with spare ribs and chow fun. They have friendly waitresses push the dim sum carts. They also have some great deals going on with their king crab and lobster!
Never coming back. They were unhappy with the amount of tips we gave and they said they forgot to charge something on our bill and took our card again and swiped the amount of tips that they wanted on the second swipe and said that the tip was mandatory. (we gave more than 10% tip originally, but the service was bad because they kept ignoring us. We call them over and they pretend to listen and then not do what we asked)There were sand in the vegetables. We also ordered a whole steamed fish but it was full of scales, and the white rice is rock solid.
Perennial lullaby music on infinite repeat. Bring headphones. It's also sometimes noisy. Weekend specialty is dim sum. Everyone will ask you if you want dim sum. Everyone. At least once , maybe more. A not so subtle hint. Great food though. Parking: The parking lot is always a zoo. Kid-friendliness: Kids like it. Wheelchair accessibility: They can do it.
