Elemental Pizza - Seattle

The server we had was not very friendly and seemed like she was bothered to be serving us. However, aside from that, everything was great. The fire roasted cauliflower was the highlight of the meal!

Our waitress was very unfriendly, almost seemed to wait. otherwise the pre-roasted flower cabbage is the best!

I didn't expect much from this restaurant. We were simply in search of a good place to eat after meeting up with my parents, and the menu didn't particularly catch my eye.

Yesterday, January 20th, we enjoyed a late lunch at the restaurant. I chose to try the Pasta with pesto, while Paula went for the pulled pork sandwich. Both dishes were delicious and comparable to those served at other restaurants.

I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. It was great being able to watch the open kitchen and see the wood fired oven in action. The pizza had a delicious thin and crispy crust. The salad was a bit overdressed, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
