El Parche Colombian - Seattle

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time, and since my wife is Colombian, her opinion is most important as this is the type of cuisine she grew up with. The food was fantastic and reminded her of authentic Colombian homemade dishes. It was well-prepared, seasoned perfectly, and the server was friendly and professional, even though the service was a bit slow. The restaurant had a great atmosphere with Colombian music playing and authentic decorations. Personally, I highly recommend the Sancocho for its rich flavors and filling nature. My wife suggests trying the Bandeja Paisa, as a true Colombian, she knows what she's talking about. I fully agree with her recommendation.

El Parche Colombiano is a fantastic Colombian restaurant! The food is absolutely delicious, bringing the authentic flavors of Colombia to life. The maracuyá juice was a standout, perfectly balancing sweet and tangy flavors. The staff was friendly, and the lively atmosphere enhanced the dining experience. I highly recommend visiting for a true taste of Colombia!

The food at this restaurant was decent. We ordered the veggie patacon pisao, calentao, and guacamole with fried plantains. We enjoyed the garlicky salsa that accompanied our dishes. I placed an online order for the calentao, but was surprised to find out it contained meat when I got home. The website's description and photo did not indicate that it contained meat. We were also disappointed that the veggie salchipapa was not available at this location, only at the food truck. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for vegetarian options.

Had an amazing first experience of Colombian food here. Came in for a late dinner and the live music singer was incredible and all the patrons were joyously singing along. The food was excellent we quite enjoyed every bit of our big sample platter and the soup was lovely! Also enjoyed the lulo fruit juice and trying their passion fruit cracker dessert. So much more I want to try next time :
