Dek Thai - Seattle

I’ve just order the chicken satay and the chicken was sour. Called to see if it’s just the seasoning and the lady who answered was rude and gave the excuse of the weather and refrigerating issue. If that’s the case then why even sale it? This could cause a major food illness to the customers. Very disappointed.Food: 1/5

Took a while to for someone to come over and take our drink order even though there was only one other couple in on a week night. But once they came it was all fast and good. The spice level is def higher than most places. A 2 out of 5 was pretty spicy. Appetizer sampler was a good call!

This place is generally good, ordered to go from them several times and nothing usually wrong with our order but yesterday we ordered and I’m not sure if it was maybe something else, but my stomache didn’t feel too good after eating the meal . On top of that found a whole sticker on the bell peppers in one of our entrees. The cashew chicken. This just goes to show that they don’t wash their produce ?

Unfortunately, all the reviews about the customer service are true. The lady is SO rude, never gives you what you ask for and is always yelling if you ask to make a change of order. I've gone 3 times because I work near by and this Friday she was so mad that I was paying with cash and she was yelling about it. Every time I come she has an attitude. The food is always good but it'd be great if I was allowed to customize my order the way I want it.

I had an amazing meal at this restaurant. The Crispy Garlic Chicken was the best I've ever had. It was my first time ordering from here and I can't wait to try more items in the future. The order arrived relatively quickly and at a good temperature. I highly recommend this place and hope others have a similarly great experience. I'm not sure if they offer dining in, but I might give that a try as well.
