Bidrage med feedbackHad a great brunch here Saturday morning! I wish I did more photos, but the service was great and we got a small table outside of Wth heaters. I have a spicy, **** Mary and a goldy chai latte. Both were on the spot! got the deluxe quesdadilla and breakfast tacos on Mais Tortillas and all delicious! Will definitely come back if it's sunnier for a drink and bring my dog!
It is an ingenious place to drink with your friends either for a coffee, (summer) or even for light brunch. There were many spots like 2 seats covered by rain. That made me realize that it offers a really cozy place and it is a really good place for a simple coffee date? It closes unfortunately at 2 o'clock (at least in winter). Vegetarian options: Avacado toast
Saturday morning. Sat outside on a table with built-in heating. That was the highlight. We ordered a mimosa $11) and Mocha $5). The former was good, the Mocha was below average. We ordered an avocado toast $10), which was quite tiny and bland tasting, just a slender piece of toast smeared with guacamole. The spicy Tofu-Taco was a bit better, but could have better marinated Tofu. Serving size was in the smaller side for price $15). You shake a 20% tip that you can not reduce and have the Audacity to for extra tip. I really find this appalling for a place that requires you to order from a phone screen without even offering a beautiful paper menu.
Listed as Creperie on Yelp, but it hasn't sold crepes for two years. If you want that, you warned. I believed that and I wish I had been warned :) It has a beautiful food truck vibe like the one you find in Portland. The outdoor spaces are clean and a pleasant surprise. But just like food trucks, you'll eat from a paper plate and plastic utensils. We finally had waffles, they're not stingy on the blows, but I still felt the... sting... not having crepes on the menu. I can visit again when I overcome my disappointment.
Strolled by on a Sunday morning on a regular Queen Anne coffee walk. This time we decided to get food instead of coffee. I got the chia pudding with extra strawberries (extra $2). My significant other got the avocado toast with a side egg. You place an order using the QR code at your table and there's a mandatory 20% tip for 2 people.Excited to get the food but was disappointed that the strawberry I bit into was rotten. Then as I looked closer I noticed the rest of the strawberries had small bits of mold. I told the waiter and she brought me a different set but those also didn't fit the standard of something I could get from Trader Joe's so I was left disappointed. Granola tasted like sugar drowning in maple syrup. When I asked my s/o their thoughts on the avocado toast they said it tasted like Costco avocados which is our way of saying it's an avocado but not the highest quality avocado. The bill was $38.99 for chia egg avocado toast. To be fair, I travel the world regularly and have exceptionally high standards for food but this is Queen Anne. They have access to all the resources in the world in a high income area, they can do better.
