Bidrage med feedbackI love Caffe Vita. It's my absolute favorite coffee in Seattle, so when I found out there was one right near the office, I was hooked. I mean, I signed up for the rewards program and everything kind of hooked! That's how much I love Caffe Vita. This Pioneer Square location is on the corner of 4th and Washington. The space is on the smaller side, especially since the space is literally shaped into a corner. There is some seating though, with bar stools at the window and an adjacent room with more space for lounging. The staff are super friendly and you never have to wait long for your order. I'm always impressed that when there's a line, they seem to make multiple coffee orders at once, which is very efficient. The coffee here is incredible. It's strong, bold and even if you get a flavored coffee with any kind of milk or cream, it's never watered down. You always taste the coffee. I love the iced mochas here with hemp milk, which is just the right amount of chocolate and milk, so as to not ruin the flavor of the coffee. Lots of dairy-free alternatives, too. If you get a bag of beans here, they can grind it up for you for whatever kind of coffee maker you have. Plus, you get two bucks off a drink and a free chocolate bar. Amazing! Caffe Vita is just something I can't seem to miss when I walk by it on my way to work. When your favorite coffee shop just happens to be there right before you get to the office, then I think it's a sign. Ya feel me?
This was my go to coffee shop when our office moved to Pioneer Square about three years ago. I love the space lots of natural lighting and an upstairs loft that I still haven't ventured up to. Not sure what took me so long to review them. Their baristas are always friendly and welcoming. I haven't visited as often cause I don't like it I just started walking from Marion on the way in and will often venture to different places. Coffee is always good here and the latte art is usually on point. There are so many options in Pioneer Square for coffee, it is nice to know I can come back here and they're just as good as before. Only thing probably keeping me from giving a 5 star is $1.00 is pretty expensive for hemp milk not sure if the other alternative are that expensive but I can definitely get it as an alternative at other places for .50 or .75 I love coming here in the winter fall mornings just to take photos of the space it had a moodiness that I liked to capture.
Located in the historic Tashiro Kaplan building, Caffe Vita is a really cool place to grab a cup coffee. It has two floors with lots of natural light and I like its turn of the 20th century aesthetics. The building used to house a hardware store and a public market and was renovated to artist lofts back in 2004. The staff is really nice and get you in and out quickly. I don't frequent this place often, but when I do, it's for their breakfast pizza! Tasty stuff!
I've been to the Chino Hills, California location a couple of times, so I was surprised when I found out that Caffe Vita is a chain based in Seattle. The almond milk lattes here offer more earthy flavors, with a good bit of sweetness to keep it balanced. The barista definitely knew how to handle the almond milk, and so it came out an almost velvety texture; it was perfect for the three minutes of rainy weather. The baristas here were friendlier than their Californian counterpart for sure, so it was nice to to be welcomed to Seattle with friendly faces. Definitely worth coming here, especially if you enjoy studying or reading in quiet places with ample space
My boyfriend and I are in Seattle from Charlotte wanted to check out Caffe Vita (at the suggestion of our Uber driver bf's sister who lives here) so we walked about 20 minutes and... WOW. First off, it's super impressive on the inside if you're really into like off-beat cafes. I loved it. Service was prompt, prices were great, and I tried a hot latte made with oat milk which was suggested to me by the cashier. I've had oat milk in cold coffee before and wasn't impressed, but I decided to give it another try. I'm so glad I did! Both my boyfriend and I commented on how thick and velvety the foam was and just how quality the drinks tasted overall. We're just incredibly impressed. Plus, it's at least moderately affordable. Around the same price as two lattes at Starbucks but (and I never thought I'd say this) much better all around.
