Blue Water Taco Grill - Seattle

I was taken there by some locals, and I'm really glad they did. The food was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back for more!

The food was delicious, and you can really taste the freshness. It could use a bit less rice and more protein or vegetables, but overall, it was really good. I was also happy that there wasn't any burrito juice dripping down my hands when I finished eating.

We visited the Queen position and had a great experience. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. As a diabetic, I appreciated his honesty when he advised me not to order the horchata due to its sweetness. I opted for the torta with Mexican beef, and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was soft, and the sandwich practically melted in my mouth. I really enjoyed the guacamole, but if someone doesn’t like cilantro, like my daughter, they might not appreciate it. As a Texan, I would rank this food alongside the best Mexican restaurants back home. It was that good!

So good, it's ridiculous. the burritos are extremely satisfying. also seapine is a short walk away.
