Baskin-robbins - Seattle

On a recommendation from Diana H. that was shared through Erin R., I tried the peanut butter cup ice cream last night. Actually, I started with the butter pecan, which is a favorite of mine and was delightful. Then I had a taste of Erin's peanut butter cup ice cream, and it was so delicious that I had to go back for seconds! It had beautiful frozen ribbons of slightly salty peanut butter mixed with small peanut butter cups throughout (my peanut butter cup-to-ice cream ratio was perfect, although Erin's wasn't quite as good). It was a fantastic, indulgent way to celebrate the last couple of hours of Erin's birthday together. However, I did notice that the place seemed to be crowded with a lot of very energetic people. Definitely go for the ice cream—it's excellent—but maybe avoid taking a friend in recovery.

One of the original locations of Seattle's BR has closed, leaving only two remaining near downtown Seattle. Their ice cream is fantastic, and the cakes are consistently exquisitely crafted. I also enjoy sampling the new flavors they introduce each month. There’s truly something for everyone here.

Excellent experience! The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. The interior was clean and well-kept. I especially enjoyed the cotton candy and bubble gum!

The banana Sundaes are my fave but next time my hubby and I will share a banana split to get a bit more variety and bananas. My fave ice cream shop around.
