Bixby Plaza Cafe - Seal Beach

I recently visited a quaint cafe located behind The Ranch financial building off the 405, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food they offer. The owner, Andy, greeted me warmly and served delicious breakfast options, soups, salads, and possibly the best bulgogi sandwich I've ever tasted. I frequent this place because I enjoy supporting local small businesses like this one.

The food is tasty and the staff is welcoming.
