Mellow Mushroom Denver - Seagraves

We absolutely love MM! The Inner City location was the first one we visited, and we always took our friends and family there. It's incredible, and the ambiance is unlike any other! The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. Later, we discovered a location in Southglenn, which we also fell in love with! Now that we have a little one, we enjoy taking them to the Southglenn location for Christmas. Just last week, we went there to see all the lights and enjoy pizza (their favorite). Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed—initially, we thought we were just trying to eat too late on a Sunday, but it turns out that all the Colorado locations were closed except for the one on 16th Street! Please go and eat there so we don't lose the best restaurant in Denver and Colorado offering such amazing food! It’s our favorite!

I began visiting Shroom two decades ago when it first opened in Atlanta, and I'm thrilled to see it now in the West. The pizza is fantastic—I really appreciate a good crust, and this one is delightful. The toppings are fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. It's a great spot for groups, especially to catch a game.

Be sure to order the Sacred Shiiitake Pie and the Brezel Bite Appetizer – you won’t be disappointed!

Came into town and wanted to find a place that was close to the larimer square lights. Our waiter was great and the food was even better, and really quick! Was thrilled that they had gluten free pizza as on option on their menu. Thank you for the great experience! :
