The staff showed no personality whatsoever. I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by placing my order. They completely wiped the smile off my face! I walked out feeling really down. What a disappointment for a Dunkin' visit. You all should consider at least giving a smile to your guests to bring some life into their experience. This visit really left me feeling sad.
I love using the Dunkin’ app for my orders! My food and drinks are always ready when I arrive, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. It's definitely a better experience compared to the service at the Starbucks down the road.
I was charged $4.62 for a medium coffee which is fully $2.00 more than I would pay at other Dunkin's in the area. Contacted Dunkin customer support and they said the franchisee would be advised of what I told them, but have never heard back so I guess the price was accurate. Will never set foot in this store again, and I live right up the block.
Best Dunkin on my commute route. Very efficient. Have never had an order go wrong.
Had a coffee here yesterday and it was awful. Worst coffee I've ever had from Dunkin. I got the chocolate hazelnut truffle iced coffee. It had little to no flavoring. I couldn't even drink it. The picture on the Dunkin menu compared to what I got was just ridiculous. Wish I had gotten a picture. Upset because this is my local Dunkin, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better!
