The attached image is what I have kept receiving from the Centre Street Papa Johns, the bottom is pale and those spots that look wet? thats not pizza grease, thats raw uncooked dough those are wet spots , I have spoken with the manager at this location and I have been told the same thing Our pizza oven is to temperature, you 're the only one who has let us know about underccoked pizza or raw dough despite knowing multiple people who have come to the manager with the same problems I have had and also being told that they were also the only ones who let them know the manager is also useless and will send you a follow up email when you send feedback but wont message you back AT ALL, I have even tried going through their support line but it goes straight through to the manager of the centre street location so absolutely nothing gets resolved!!!!!! For those who aren 't aware, ingesting undercooked or raw dough is a health hazard, if you want a FULLY COOKED PIZZA then go to any other location Original Review Their drivers are friendly enough, but every time I order a pizza from here the bottom ranges from undercooked to almost raw dough, I called in once before to tell them the bottom of my pizza was not cooked all the way and was told theres nothing wrong with our pizza oven and no one else has complained about it only to be at my friends house a few weeks later when he ordered a pizza from this location he called, put them on speaker and was told the same thing, also being told No one else has complained about an undercooked pizza bottom after I heard them say this I spoke up and said I contacted you about it once before they hung up on us, and for that reason I will not be ordering from this location anymore, I wish the papa johns website would let you pick other locations to order from but I have no problem opting for pick up at the other locations.

I ordered through uber eats. I saw that there is a BOGO pizza I called first their hot Line and see if they can replace the other pizza in too different kind but same PRICE AND since it’s also BOGO. The guy said THEY can DO THAT but I need to place the order first. I told him that better make sure before I place MY order ON the app. Eventually after I placed my order he said he cant take any changes on my order. wasn’t able for him to check so his going to transfer the call to the store. Then the lady answered and told me that they CANT replace it.First time i ordered here this would be the last. Poor customer service.and The food was disgusting. The sauce was too watery. And uneven cooked. Seems its not properly cooked.
