A fantastic pub after six years since my last visit. My steak, accompanied by the legendary Stelton Fur sauce (which is no longer available), was cooked to perfection, and the service was, as always, excellent. It's a pity that my chips weren't as crispy as I had hoped, but overall, I would give it four out of five this time. Definitely worth a visit!

This place offers great value for money. I always stop here before heading back to Kent for the breakfast, which is excellent and very reasonably priced. They also provide unlimited refills of tea or coffee. I highly recommend it!

When I ordered the mixed grill, it arrived overcooked with a layer of grease beneath the food. Honestly, it was quite unsettling. I wish I had taken a picture! They claim it's to prevent overheating, but if that's the case, why not serve it differently? Next time, I might skip the sizzler. God forbid my plate could actually retain some heat! I typically finish a grill in 20 to 30 minutes, but it feels like they expect you to linger much longer.
