Honestly, it's the best mac and cheese I've ever had in my life. I could happily live in that mac and cheese! The candied yams and cornbread were just as amazing. I plan to try more entrees; the BBQ chicken was just okay. However, the sides were the best soul food sides I've ever tasted—I would go back just for the sides, even without an entree!

I ordered lunch from West Side Flava's this weekend and was truly impressed by the chicken. We had the fried chicken and chicken strip dinners, accompanied by collard greens, string beans, red beans and rice, and cheesy broccoli. We also added an extra side of mac and cheese. The chicken was perfectly breaded and seasoned, cooked just right to remain tender and juicy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—5 out of 5! I’ll definitely be returning to try more.

Outstanding customer service and delicious food! This is by far the best mac and cheese I've ever tasted. The BBQ chicken is cooked to perfection, delivering a smoky flavor in every bite. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

We ordered lunch at work, and I tried the fried chicken sandwich. It was fantastic! It had a nice kick, but wasn’t overwhelmingly hot. The chicken was juicy and just perfect overall. One of my coworkers had the BBQ chicken dinner, which came with half a chicken! The mac and cheese was tasty, and even the string beans were impressive! It was definitely worth it, and I can't wait to order from there again. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water!

As someone who was born and raised in the South, I can confidently say that this restaurant serves authentic Southern soul food that would make my grandmother proud! You really know how to cook! I haven't tried a single dish that didn't leave me wishing for seconds.
