Bidrage med feedbackWe stopped in for brunch. It was not busy and we waited 45 minutes for food. We ordered chicken and waffles and the waffle was rubbery as if it was sitting under a heat lamp with a cover for a good bit. The railroad omlette was not bad, but the home fries were average at best. The bottle of ketchup on the table was gross. I asked for another bottle and when I opened the lid there were steam vapors that left the bottle. The ketchup was bad and most likely a result of them continuing to refill versus throw out. Coffee was not hot either. When it came time to pay we waited for a long time to cash out. It was a disappointment. Atmosphere was the best part of it all.
Yum! A really nice place to have a good local meal. Great atmosphere. Unique mixed drinks as part of specials. I had the captain Morgan spiced rum ale. Reasonable prices. Go here!
Celebrated my husband's and daughter's birthday there this past Sunday. Our server Dennis was extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. He even made an iced coffee for my friend which turned out to be good for someone who's never made one. Happy with the brunch selection. I chose the creme brulee French toast which was delicious. The food overall was good.
Stop off of I81 for lunch. Boom Boom Burger and chicken sandwich were delicious. Gluten free buns were good. French fries are delicious. Service was friendly and fast. We sat outside on the patio.Vegetarian options: Menu has vegetarian options labeled.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available. Vegetarian options also marked on the menu.
Food was good for the most part. IMHO it could have been a bit better. The Brown sugar bacon sliders were disappointing. The bacon was hardly noticeable with the overwhelming slab of pickle. The bacon could have been thicker, and jucier. The buns were a bit stale. The Chicken Ala Rail dish, we were equally underwhelmed; the chicken was a bit overcooked. Hardly any poscuito, the basil cream sauce was scant as well. The pork dumplings were standard Chinese pork dumplings, nothing special. The Fish and Chips, was by far the better dish of the night. The fish was cooked well, it was tender and delicately flaky. The peanut butter pie, was underwhelming as well. It was prepackaged sysco type restaurant fare, not homemade or amazing by any means.
