Kfc - Scranton

I've only visited this KFC before, and so far, I haven't had any issues with the staff. However, I do anticipate a longer wait time here compared to other locations. I absolutely love the chicken sandwich! The fries are also delicious. The mac and cheese is one of the best items on the menu. The only downsides are the wait time, the high prices, and occasionally forgetting an item I ordered. Overall, I would definitely return here.

I arrived at 8 PM, even though they close at 9. The place was completely dark and the sign was off, but there was still a line at the drive-thru. When I approached to order, the employee informed me that they were out of that item and that they weren't cooking any more chicken, despite having an hour left until closing. She then offered to tell me what they had available. We ultimately chose to eat somewhere else.

It 's food..and you probably won 't get sick. Other than that, don 't expect much. Sorry, we don 't have chicken at dinner time. Want any sauce? Because we won 't put it in the bag anyway. We got them bowls, though. ????

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When I walked in and politely asked if they had a tailgating combo of sandwiches, the girl at the register responded with a firm "no" and an unpleasant attitude. I then inquired if I could place an order through my app, to which the girl next to her simply hummed in agreement. I stepped aside to place my order, but was taken aback as one of the employees began ranting about how people don't appreciate their efforts. I was left in shock and chose to remain silent while I waited for my food. During my wait, another employee took over the register and had an even worse attitude with a customer. If these employees aren't willing to work on Sundays, perhaps they should consider staying home. Without customers, there wouldn't be a KFC or paychecks for them.

Man I got to say this KFC was one of the best ones I have ever ate it my food was nice and hot service was fast the people real polite just keep up the great work KFC
