The owners are fantastic and treat you like family, and the food is outstanding! My wife and I will definitely return.

It is not a welcoming places if you don't belong in the regulars. You will be judged and especially if you aren't a democrat or a liberal. Re bartender is drinking when it's not supposed to be that way and you aren't welcome if you are a conservative

We were in Scranton for a softball tournament and a friend from back home recommended Joyce’s. We were so glad we tried it because the food was great and the owner were so very kind. They treated us like family even got pictures with us which I posted. We are planning a trip back just to see them!
