Mark's Pizzeria - Scottsville

I spent $30 on a bottom and fries for delivery, and I had to throw away the food because it was inedible. The mayo was stale, the bread was hard, and all the veggies were soggy. For $30, I shouldn't have to settle for a sandwich that feels like a makeshift meal with ingredients I could find in my fridge. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude; every time I tried to express my concerns, he just replied with, "It is." I attempted to file a complaint, but no one picked up the phone. I know the manager hasn’t taken any action after they burnt our pizza on a previous occasion when I called to complain. Having worked at pizzerias myself, I would never serve a sub to a customer that was in such poor condition. I just hope I don’t get sick from the mayo. The only redeeming part of this order was the fries and the tiny cookie they included.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order, and when I went in to correct it, they rudely threw my calzone at me. I wouldn't recommend going here; the staff was impolite and couldn't communicate properly.

Employees were very hard to communicate with first it was a problem with me wanting to half and half sauce on my chicken wings, then I wanted delivery and they only accept credit cards for delivery experience very complicated when all I wanted to do was place an order and use cash...

The wait times for orders were excessively long, and I experienced rude service when I called to check on the status of my order.
