The service is terrible. eating is good, but they seem to be renting whoever applies without training

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!!!! If you want soggy wings, then this is the place for you! Will never come back! Funny thing is that the manager blames the soggy wings on the restaurant being busy. Funny!

I've really tried to like this place. We've been here four or five times and every time the food is mediocre at best. I have not found one item that I would order again. The service is also horrific. One time the service was so bad we received gift certificates to come back. The same story each time we visit. Bad food and bad service. The atmosphere is great though, nice place to watch a game you can handle poor service and poor food.

We have been going to Zipps for years. It's very consistent and you know what you're going there for. Best wings in town. The Focaccias and Burgers are also great.

Food was good. I had a chicken burrito and it was just right with a little zing. Service was attentive and appropriate. Was there for an hour and a half and never felt pressured to leave.
