Wendy's - Scottsdale

I have to mention that the girl who took our order had a fantastic energy and was really friendly. She also kindly informed us that if the bathroom door wouldn’t open, it meant it was occupied. My husband absolutely loved the oatmeal cookies! Our sodas were perfectly balanced. The fries were amazing—definitely a highlight. We tried the #8 sandwich for the first time, and it was really good. The lobby was clean, and the ladies' restroom was too.

The absolute slowest drive through line. There will be only 4 cars ahead and take 30 minutes. And when you finally get your food it?s a 50/50 chance it will even be good quality. Very inconsistent. Which is sad because the food can be good when it?s actually fresh. Very understaffed location. Please fix this.

I visited the location on N Scottsdale and found the inside closed, so I tried to place an order at the drive-thru. The employees didn’t even bother to acknowledge me, as I was on a skateboard. I stood there for about two minutes with cars waiting behind me, and when I finally approached the window, they started taking orders but completely ignored me. This was the rudest and most disrespectful dining experience I've ever had at a Wendy's.

I placed an order for my office, so it was crucial that everything was done correctly. Unfortunately, my first experience at Wendy's was disappointing. When I asked questions about the menu, the staff member seemed disinterested in helping me understand it. While I was waiting for my order, I noticed she didn't hand me my receipt; I had to ask for it. When I finally received my drinks, they were all wet and leaking, and the drink carrier did little to contain the mess. After going back to address the issue, I was met with a lack of courtesy—no sincere apology for the inconvenience. I requested to speak with a manager, only to find out that the person I was speaking to was indeed the manager. When I asked if she was aware that my order was incomplete, she responded that she wasn’t, despite being the one who assembled the order. It’s baffling that a manager could make such mistakes!

I typically love Wendy's breakfast but today that changed. I ordered my usual bacon, egg, and cheese croissant combo but I left with a sausage, egg, cheese croissant. I HATE SAUSAGE!! They served me cold potato wedges, a watered down chocolate frostychino that taste like ! .......... Very disappointed. I would of not left this review had they answered the phone to rectify this situation.
