The ambiance of this restaurant is absolutely adorable, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. They forgot part of my order, provided lackluster service, and never issued the refund for the missing items. The staff member assisting me was clearly preoccupied with her phone and didn’t even say a complete sentence throughout the entire process. I wasn’t even aware she had finished packing my order since she didn’t acknowledge me at all. I was really let down because this place has so much potential—it's such a charming spot that seems to offer high-quality food and a genuinely nice bakery experience. I can overlook some of the poor customer service, as I understand that social interactions can be challenging with everyone glued to their phones these days, but the failure to refund me as promised is quite questionable. I won’t be returning, and I'm quite disappointed.

I visited this café hoping to enjoy a croissant, and it did not disappoint! It was delicious! The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We also tried a latte macchiato, which was fine but not extraordinary. One downside was that the croissant was served on paper plates and the latte in to-go cups; it would have been much better to enjoy them on proper plates and in real mugs. However, the tables were comfortable, and the ambiance was lovely, with some retail items available for purchase.

Excellent start to my day! Exceptional French food and fabulous bakery items made fresh daily. Had the Croque Monsieur where I settled down to do some paperwork, Fruits taste like they were just picked and exceptionally friendly/ inviting staff. Definably a local favorite

Nice unique place for a sandwich or pastry item with friendly service. It has a bit of a retro, small town country store vibe that I wasn't expecting in Scottsdale. My sandwich was very good, but not as unique as the atmosphere. Indoor seating space is a little thin, but they have outdoor covered tables too. Well worth a try if you're in the area.
