Starbucks - Scottsdale

I wouldn't recommend visiting this Starbucks. The coffee was exceptionally weak, and even after I asked for an over brew, it was still just as thin. It was quite disappointing.

I regularly visit the drive-in and have always found the staff to be extremely friendly. However, I wish they would wear name tags. This particular location is on 92nd and Shea. I also often go to Pima Crossing and Shea, where the staff is fantastic as well!

The restaurant states they close at 7 PM, but when I arrived at 6:48 PM, the lady told me sorry, but she needed to leave.

I ordered our usual, but they made my drink incorrectly. When I asked if they could remake it, Veronica responded that it contained caramel, to which I clarified that there should be no caramel in a mocha. Unfortunately, Veronica was quite rude and even commented to others waiting that some people just aren't happy. I turned to her and said I was happy, I just wanted what I had ordered. If she had paid more attention when I was placing my order instead of talking over me, we might have avoided this mistake. To make matters worse, she actually walked away while taking my order, then took two minutes before returning to finish it. Also, be aware that they close at 3:00 PM, so make sure you arrive before then.

This is a great Starbucks located inside a Fry's (which is owned by Kroger). It's really convenient because I can do my grocery shopping, grab a coffee, and enjoy some of the food I purchased. The service was good, and I was even offered a complimentary bakery item with my coffee. I deducted one star due to the limited seating area with just a few tables. Overall, I highly recommend it!
