Proof At The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale

The food and service were very good but it’s way too bright in there! Dim the lights!

We are locals who love going to Proof. The team is super friendly, the menu has a lot of selections and the craft cocktails are a treat. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for everything was because last night we waited over 30 minutes for our food and they have changed the BBQ chicken to a curry-style rub. Other than that, it was stellar as always.

Some of the best food ever! Pretzel nuggets, wings, watermelon and feta salad, lobster roll, and pulled pork. Delicious cocktails. Autumn took the best of care of us and service was incredible.

Very disappointed! Food did not match with the price at all. I paid $41 for a only mediocre salad with 3 Shrimp $15 extra) in a wrap was $3 extra). Hubby had the lobster roll, which was a hot dog bun with a leave of salad and a lobster mixture for $38. Both dishes weren’t even filling 1/2 of the plates. A glass of pilsner $10‍. Mosquitoes we’re eating us alive, but service was great tho.

The restaurant was fun and relaxed and the menu although not extensive everything on it that we tried was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is casual but it’s still very nice to have a Family or a couple dinner and everything on the menu looks appealing! Loved it overall
