Proof - Scottsdale

For breakfast the following day, I chose the Cowboy Benedict and huevos rancheros, both of which were excellent. The food and ambiance were wonderful, but what truly stood out, as with all Four Seasons properties, was the service. Giovanni was our server for dinner, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He provided fantastic recommendations and was incredibly attentive, not just to us but to every table he attended to. He elevated an already amazing meal to the next level. Without a doubt, Proof will be on our itinerary for our next visit to Scottsdale!

The staff made our jubilee dinner truly special. We had the perfect table on the terrace to watch the sunset while enjoying a wonderful dinner and a nice bottle of wine. We will definitely be returning for regular date nights, happy hours, and girls' nights. Thank you!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for breakfast, offering some enticing gluten-free choices. It also serves an excellent casual dinner. The chicken and waffles were delicious, just like the shrimp and grits.

Proof is one of our favorite places to go! Food is great! We love the beautiful view from the terrace! Jared Blackstone is such an amazing and extremely talented entertainer! Always a great time!

The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly! Well worth the drive from the East Valley. This is DEFINITELY one of our new hangouts!
