McDonald's - Scottsdale

I moved to the drive-dru intercom, with no one in the other track. No one has taken over my command! then 2 cars moved to the other track and both got their orders before someone took mine!

I know when I come to these mcdonalds, I will get my order quickly, and it will be right. the employees are nice. food: 3/5

Tee was built around 11 o'clock. they grounded 2 children happy meals, a child became sick, they did not mark the soda soda soaked diet or regular and the syrup ratio was out. French pommes were old and cold. what a total disappointment must throw away $42 of the food!

What a mess this location has become! Rude staff! Awful food preparation! Half-filoed frys, so much condiment it required a TON of napkins! Relatively flavorless food. Super slow service! McDonalds has gone downhill so fast at pretty much every location. I don't know that I'll ever patronize one again!

I go through their drive-thru because it's convenient and near my house. During the last four visits the food has been wronged and the worst part about it was like the picture above, bun upside down and sauce on the top of the bun. When I asked for the correct order they acted like I was crazy. Why does corporate not know about this store? I guess they don't care. They won't even answer the phone or return their messages! Worst McDonald's store ever!
